Privacy Notice

Waaseyak Corp., which operates this Inawendiwin website, collects only what is needed to run an account, a cohort request, and the public register.

When you create an account we store your name, email, and password (held as a one-way hash). Organization and role intent may be collected on the form. Role intent is not sent as a server role and does not change access.

Sessions use an httpOnly cookie. We do not put secrets in the browser bundle. Google sign-in receives only the openid, email, and profile scopes.

Verification and password-reset messages are sent to the address you give us. If mail is not configured, the request is still accepted and you can ask for another link from the verify or reset pages.

Marketing updates are off unless you choose them. You can write to Waaseyak Corp. to correct an account or ask that a profile be closed.

The public register may list a participating business name and contribution record once a program is authorized. Personal email is not published on that register.
